About The Position

We are hiring for a Pro Shop Attendant to join our team at Christmas Mountain Village, a Hilton Vacation Club in Wisconsin Dells, WI. In this role, you will be assisting our guests in the Pro Shop while providing amazing customer service.

Requirements

• Upbeat individual with phenomenal customer service.
• Proficient English language skills.
• Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds with or without assistance.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience, preferred
• Ski or golf experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and guest's questions as it relates to ski and/or golf operations.
• Check-in guests and season pass holders, issuing their lift tickets or tubing pass.
• Performing opening and closing procedures that follows the daily checklists.
• Maintain the cleanliness of golf carts on a daily basis.
• Provide exceptional customer service for all our owners and guests.
• May be required to do other duties as requested by management.
