About The Position
Long Cove Club is seeking a Part-Time Tennis Pro Shop Attendant to support daily operations at our Sports Center and provide an exceptional member experience. This role offers exceptional perks, a supportive team culture, and consistent daytime hours.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic cash-handling and computer skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional service to members and guests
- Open and close the Pro Shop and assist with daily operations
- Answer phones, manage court reservations, and respond to inquiries
- Process retail transactions and assist with inventory and displays
- Promote Sports Center programs and events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pro Shop and common areas
- Support event setup and breakdown as needed
