About The Position

This role is for a Greenhouse Pro Sales Rep who will report to the Greenhouse Manager. While a member of the greater Greenhouse team, the primary responsibility is to own the relationship between Mulhalls and its Pro customers. This includes helping Pros find the perfect plants, staging their orders in advance, and being readily available as their needs arise, all in line with the company's vision to be the most loved plant shop in the country.

Requirements

  • A belief in and passion for the company's purpose – beautifying the community.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • The ability to manage multiple, competing priorities with a consistently positive response to pressure.
  • The ability to bend and lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
  • A supportive team player who anticipates problems and works collaboratively to solve them.

Responsibilities

  • Champion the Pro experience, partnering with the Merchandising + Pro Sales team to manage the needs of Pro customers.
  • Lead the order staging process, assembling individual orders based on each order's pick list.
  • Facilitate the Master Pick List process in alignment with the Master Pick Schedule on a daily basis.
  • Be a go-to person and a champion of training, follow-up, and delegation of tasks for the whole Greenhouse and the focus area.
