About The Position

Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is hiring a PRN Treatment Support Technician at their inpatient program in The Greenbriar Center in Washington, PA. This role is for individuals who thrive in a structured environment and want work that matters. The Treatment Support Technician will be a key part of the treatment team, helping to maintain a safe, respectful, recovery-focused environment for residents. The position involves supporting clients through overnight programming and activities, monitoring safety and daily living needs, and acting as a liaison between clients and clinical staff. Responsibilities also include assisting with intakes, paperwork, assessments, documentation, crisis intervention (with training), and client transportation. The role emphasizes supporting recovery-focused routines with empathy and professionalism, with frequent supervision, guidance, and training provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight
• Valid driver’s license plus a clean driving record
• Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
• If in recovery, 18+ months in recovery required.
