About The Position
Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is hiring a PRN Treatment Support Technician at their inpatient program in The Greenbriar Center in Washington, PA. This role is for individuals seeking a meaningful job where they can make a difference and stay busy in a structured environment. The Treatment Support Technician will be a key part of the treatment team, helping to maintain a safe, respectful, recovery-focused environment for residents. The position involves supporting clients through overnight programming and activities, monitoring safety and daily living needs, acting as a liaison between clients and clinical staff, assisting with intakes and documentation, and supporting clients during crises. Frequent supervision, guidance, and training are provided.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight
- Valid driver’s license plus a clean driving record
- Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
- If in recovery, 18+ months in recovery required

Responsibilities
- Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities
- Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs
- Acting as a go between for clients and clinical staff
- Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation
- Assisting during crises (with training and supervision)
- Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed
- Supporting recovery focused routines with empathy and professionalism
