About The Position
A staff nurse is responsible for implementing the philosophy, objectives, standards of care, policies, and procedures of the Nursing Division under the direction of the Office Manager. The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care. This position also trains new clinical employees in office protocols.
Requirements
- Graduate from an NCBON approved School of Nursing and/or graduate from an approved School of Nursing.
- Current RN license with the North Carolina Board of Nursing, Temporary License with the NC Board of Nursing or a Current License with a Nurse Licensure Compact State.
- ACLS certification required within the first year of employment.
- Current AHA BLS certification.
- Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his/her unit(s).
- Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
