PRN Patient Coordinator
About The Position
Heartland Imaging is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, compassionate individual who is a strong communicator to join an energetic, patient-focused team! Are you passionate about patient care? Do you love interacting with people? Come and join our team as a PRN Patient Coordinator for at our outpatient imaging centers located in Louisville, KY. This PRN position provides staffing coverage support for both our Dixie Highway and Shelbyville Road outpatient imaging centers. Flexible scheduling is available Monday through Sunday, with both day and evening shifts available.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient care
- Enjoy interacting with people

Responsibilities
- Welcoming, registering, and overall patient coordination
- Phone correspondence
- Scheduling appointments
- Inventory management
- Medical record management
- Training, supervision, and management of Business Office team members (for upper levels of the career series)
- Ensuring management and resources are available to maintain a quality, high functioning, and customer friendly Outpatient Imaging Center
