About The Position
Glendive Medical Center is hiring PRN nurses for our Extended Care Department. This role supports resident care while offering a flexible, as-needed schedule. GMC provides healthcare services to communities across Eastern Montana and Western North Dakota with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license (MT or compact)
- BLS certification
- Strong organizational and skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on nursing care for extended care residents
- Monitor resident health status and report changes
- Administer treatments and medications
- Participate in care planning and team conferences
- Provide guidance to support staff
- Ensure compliance with care standards and safety protocols
