PRN Nurse (RN or LPN) – Acute Care Team
About The Position
Glendive Medical Center is hiring PRN nurses to support patient care across multiple departments. This role is perfect for individuals seeking a flexible schedule while staying active in a clinical environment. The PRN Nurse will support patient care delivery across inpatient and specialty areas, perform clinical tasks such as assessments, treatments, and medication administration, and work closely with care teams to ensure quality and continuity of care. The role also involves responding to urgent patient needs and changing conditions, and providing education and support to patients and families. Work areas include Emergency, ICU, Medical/Surgical, OB, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, and Transitional Care.
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license (Montana or compact)
- BLS certification
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts as needed
- 5 shifts per quarter minimum
- 1 weekend shift per quarter
- 1 holiday shift per year
Responsibilities
