Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
• Minimum of one year Home Healthcare experience needed.
• Must be CPR certified
• Must work well independently, enjoy problem-solving, and understand the importance of accurate documentation.
• Must have critical thinking skills.
• Must have exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Valid Driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with patients in a home environment
• Collaborate with a supervising RN
• Computerized documentation
• Provide skilled care to the patient as per the physician’s orders.
• Exercise strong decision-making and judgment skills
• Work with an interdisciplinary team in weekly case conferences
