Your Impactful Role as an LPN In your pivotal role based at out of our Duluth office, you will: Manage and Schedule Visits: Enjoy the independence of managing your patient visits, traveling within the Barnum/Moose Lake area to provide personalized, one-on-one nursing services in patients’ homes. This role allows you to make deep connections with patients, ensuring they receive the utmost care and attention. Flexible Scheduling: Work as much (or as little) as you'd like as a Per Diem LPN. No nights, no weekends. Community Impact: Make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals and families in our community, focusing on those who need it most. Supportive Team Environment: Join a family of professionals that genuinely supports and cares for each other, driven by a mission to serve.

Requirements

  • Licensure: A valid Minnesota LPN license.
  • Passion for Patient Care: A heartfelt desire to engage directly with patients in their homes, driven by a commitment to positively impact their lives.
