About The Position
This role offers a calmer, more controlled outpatient environment where you can focus on patient care and use your IV skills consistently. This is a low-volume infusion center designed for safe, thoughtful care and strong patient interaction. The position is PRN with flexible weekday shifts (Monday–Friday), no weekends or call. Infusion times range from 1–5 hours, allowing for meaningful patient interaction. UV vein finder technology is available. Structured onboarding includes virtual training and in-clinic shadowing, with a gradual transition to independent patient care.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted RN license
- 1+ year RN experience (infusion or ED preferred)
- Strong IV skills required
- Ability to work independently within a small, collaborative team
Responsibilities
- Start IVs and administer specialty infusion therapies
- Monitor patients for infusion reactions and respond appropriately
- Provide patient education during treatment
- Maintain high standards of clinical care and safety
- Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and clinical protocols
