About The Position
We are pleased to announce the following open positions: PRN House Supervisor RN. This role is responsible for the staffing, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for psychiatric and chemically dependent patients during each designated shift. The position is also responsible for the operational and programmatic management of the designated shift, and assists in the professional growth and development of nursing staff. The House Supervisor carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies. This position is responsible for planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems when needed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing
- Valid license with the Board of Nursing for the State of Florida
- Minimum of an Associates Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- Must have a minimum of an Associates Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Prefer three (3) years Clinical Psychiatric Nursing experience with one of those years including supervisory duties.
