About The Position

Inspired Homecare is seeking Home Health Occupational Therapists for immediate part-time, per diem openings. This position offers the flexibility to create your own schedule, promoting a great work-life balance. As a Home Health OT, you will provide in-home occupational therapy services, including evaluations, assessments, and the development of personalized treatment plans. You will work closely with patients and their families, delivering compassionate care and utilizing empathy and problem-solving skills. Your schedule will be based on therapist availability, allowing you the freedom to manage your time. You will visit patients in their homes, conducting therapy sessions tailored to their unique needs and goals. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals is essential to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care. Requirements

Experience working in home health
Familiarity with an EMR system like HCHB (Homecare Homebase)
Flexibility to travel to different locations throughout the day to provide therapy sessions
Possess excellent navigational skills
Ability to handle unexpected situations with professionalism and grace
Passionate about providing exceptional care
