About The Position
Diagnostic Imaging Centers, P.A. is seeking a PRN Float Front Desk Patient Representative based out of their Lee’s Summit clinic to support surrounding clinic locations as needed. This role is ideal for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys helping others and creating a positive patient experience. The position offers the opportunity to work with multiple teams across various clinic locations, gaining valuable experience within a respected healthcare organization known for exceptional patient care and a strong workplace culture. As the first point of contact for patients, the representative plays a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and compassionate experience while contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (in-person & phone)
- Detail-oriented, independent, and adaptable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills to ensure patient comfort
- High School Diploma required
