About The Position

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a growth-minded PRN Dietitian at Southeast Georgia Health System (SGHS) Brunswick in Brunswick, GA. South Georgia Health System - Brunswick Campus is located in Georgia’s Golden Isles, mid-way between Jacksonville, Florida and Savannah, Georgia. It is anchored by a 300-bed hospital with specialties including orthopedics, cancer care center, senior care center and robotic surgery. The Health System serves as the regional medical center for residents of five counties in Southeast Georgia.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in nutrition or a related field.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification or RD eligible
• Licensed Dietitian status in Georgia or able to obtain within 6 months of hire
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Passion for improving patient outcomes through high-quality nutrition care.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of clinical experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needs
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changes
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition care
• Monitor patients' progress and make modifications to their nutrition plans as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of clinical nutrition
