About The Position
Exceptional Rehab, an "In House" Therapy partner of Exceptional Living Centers, is seeking a PRN COTA to provide quality rehabilitation services in coordination with therapy team leadership and plan of care needs. Our trained professionals work with residents in skilled nursing facilities to evaluate rehab needs, with the goal of helping individuals return to their favorite activities and achieve the highest level of independence possible.
Requirements
- Must have completed approved schooling for COTA.
- Must maintain a good working relationship with other health care professionals.
- Must have or be willing to get a COVID-19 vaccine, subject to legal requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care facility is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provides quality rehabilitation services in coordination with therapy team leadership and plan of care needs.
- Works with residents in skilled nursing facilities to evaluate rehab needs.
- Helps individuals get back to their favorite activities such as gardening, cooking and taking care of others.
- Works with residents to achieve the highest level of independence possible.
