About The Position

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a PRN Chiropractor to provide coverage at their Pompano Beach clinic on an as-needed basis. This role offers flexibility for licensed chiropractors looking to pick up additional shifts without a set weekly schedule, whether to supplement a current practice or gain extra clinical hours. The clinic handles administrative tasks, allowing the chiropractor to focus on patient care in a membership-based, cash-pay model. Open shifts are based on clinic needs, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum number of shifts.

Requirements

Licensed Chiropractor in the state of Florida.
Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
Valid Florida chiropractic license.
Fully eligible for malpractice coverage.
Strong communication and patient relationship skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Reliable and professional.
Flexible mindset and willingness to provide coverage when available.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of chiropractic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality chiropractic care while creating a positive experience for every patient.
Evaluate patients through health histories, examination, and review of X-rays when indicated.
Perform chiropractic adjustments and other appropriate chiropractic techniques.
Develop and communicate appropriate care recommendations.
Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and wellness.
Build positive, professional doctor-patient relationships.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Follow clinical protocols and company standards.
Work collaboratively with the Wellness Coordinator to provide an excellent patient experience.
Educate patients on membership options and support appropriate care-plan recommendations.
