About The Position

The Private Wealth Management (PWM) Associate functions as a primary, daily contact between Wealth Management, Trust, Banking, or Investment clients and U.S. Bank. This role operates within delegated authority and standard department guidelines, handling day-to-day client calls, transactions, and problem resolution. The associate escalates items beyond specified authority to the assigned Private Wealth Management Advisor or respective specialist. The role proactively identifies potential problems, compliance issues, or fraud to maximize client satisfaction and encourage relationship expansion. The associate develops a working knowledge of assigned areas and accounts through frequent client contact and execution of standard departmental procedures.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience, OR Five or more years of relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven customer service and problem resolution skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
  • Advanced knowledge of departmental and bank products and services
  • Sufficient understanding of departmental procedures and systems to operate with very limited supervision
