About The Position

The Swift Creek Family YMCA (Hampton Park) is seeking part-time certified swim instructors to teach one-on-one private swim lessons. The position pays $20–$23 per hour. Candidates should be enthusiastic and energetic, have strong interpersonal skills, and be able to work a variety of shifts with a variety of ages.

Requirements

• Attend YMCA of Greater Richmond swim instructor training, or complete it within six months of hire.
• Hold current CPR, AED, First Aid, and O2 certifications.
• Provide copies of current certifications with the application and upload them with the resume.
• Be enthusiastic and energetic, with strong interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Current YMCA, American Red Cross, or Ellis lifeguard certification.

Responsibilities
