Requirements

  • Experience in the financial industry preferred (familiar with exempt funds)
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM system a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical information to a non-technical audience and present findings to teams
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are critical for analyst success
  • Strong problem solving skills in order to articulate end-to-end processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with team members
  • Ability to quickly develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work, both independently as well as a member of a team
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the pricing of all Insurance Dedicated Funds (IDF) and Separate Managed Account (SMA) funds, including missed and delayed prices
  • Tracks the addition and removal of all funds for product
  • Updates IDF performance documentation
  • Create and maintain Breakage, Short of Liquid Asset, Death Sweep and SharePoint reports
  • Work extensively with a Third Party Administrator (TPA) on all IDF corrective processing projects
  • Assists Trade Manager with the successful execution of all registered and exempt fund trading
  • Monitor internal and external requests for accuracy and timeliness, and assist in analyzing errors related to reporting, price files, and trade issues
  • Maintain and update the web portal and related documents to ensure all information is current
  • Audit a portion of other team members’ client deliverables to ensure 100% accuracy
  • Regularly draft professional correspondence to vendors, fund managers and administrators, Member Firms, insurance carriers, and internal teams
  • Handles invoicing and budget items
  • Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned
