As a Placement Specialist, you'll build and grow partnerships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and community organisations to create valuable student placement opportunities. You'll combine relationship management, business development, negotiation, and problem-solving to connect students with practical learning experiences that shape future careers. No two days look the same.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Relationship Management
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience in building and maintaining professional relationships
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Only candidates residing in Australia with full working rights will be eligible for consideration.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare industry experience (highly regarded but not essential)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organisations
  • Identify and secure new placement opportunities
  • Develop and negotiate affiliation agreements with partners
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple networks
  • Coordinate student placements alongside internal teams
  • Maintain records and reporting across CRM and internal systems
  • Deliver positive outcomes for both students and placement providers
