Requirements

• At least 1 year of office or administrative experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Professional phone presence and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive, professional attitude

Nice To Haves

• Billing or collections experience preferred, but we will train the right person

Responsibilities

• Represent the Financial Services team professionally on the phone and in person
• Generate and post revenue on a weekly basis
• Submit claims and follow up on denials
• Handle collections and maintain accurate account records
• Communicate with operations and internal teams to resolve issues
• Maintain organized, timely, and accurate documentation
• Support additional billing and administrative tasks as needed
