About The Position

The Private Owner Housekeeping role is a labor-intensive and fast-paced position responsible for cleaning all privately owned homes on property. The Private Owner Housekeeping team is responsible for upkeeping the owner’s homes and ensuring they are cared for according to standards and the owner’s preferences, as well. The pay rate for this position is $15.00 to $21.00 per hour based on experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Some experience with cleaning and understanding of standards
Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel environment
Must be able to effectively communicate with other team members, guest, and managers
Basic knowledge and understanding of math
Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
Must be able to be on feet for a long period
Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals
Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle or golf cart
May occasionally be asked to go outside in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

Must be detail-oriented in all cleaning aspects
Bring laundry to the warehouse for pick up by the laundry facility
Prepared to clean towels and linen inside the home if necessary
Golf cart maintenance – make sure that carts are cleaned out at the end of the shift and plugged into the charger to be prepared for the next shift
Notify Owners Administrator and Maintenance of any issues immediately
Check rooms for final inspection after he/she has cleaned
Must comply with all company policies and procedures.
To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance is required.
Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests.
