About The Position

Air Charter Service (ACS) is a leading aircraft charter company that provides passenger and cargo aircraft charters worldwide. We are the intermediary between clients and operators, managing the full travel/sales cycle for our clients, who include high-net-worth individuals, CEOs, and celebrities. With a global presence and a rapidly growing business generating over $1 billion in revenue and arranging more than 30,000 charter flights annually, we are seeking a Private Jet Sales Consultant for our San Jose office.

Requirements

Sales experience in a luxury or high-consideration category - luxury real estate, luxury or exotic auto, yachting, private banking/wealth management, or high-end hospitality are strongly preferred!
A track record of winning, whether in sales, competitive sports, or entrepreneurship
Comfort with outbound prospecting and rejection
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Active listening and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
The drive to turn relationships into revenue and build long-term client relationships
Consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals

Responsibilities

Build and grow your own client list through outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and team, growing a wide and effective network inside and outside the organization
Manage charter bookings end to end, from inquiry to completion, as the trusted advisor behind every trip
Demonstrate expert understanding of aircraft and the chartering process
Present and undertake public speaking with skill and confidence
Cover flight operations as part of a defined on-call rotation 24/7
Make clear, timely decisions that keep clients happy and flights on schedule

Base salary: $70,000 USD + 10% uncapped commission
On target earnings (OTE) are subject to negotiation skills
