About The Position
Our San Jose office is one of our newest global locations, and we aim for it to become one of our largest and most successful offices in North America. We are seeking an experienced Private Jet Broker to lead the growth of this early-stage office into a high-performing operation. This role offers the opportunity to lead a sales team, shape the office's future, and influence its direction, culture, and success. This is a rare opportunity to join at the beginning of an exciting growth journey.
Requirements
- Previous experience in private jet chartering.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel and work outside standard office hours when required.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence and motivate others.
Nice To Haves
- Previous management experience is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Recruit a team of Trainee Brokers with the drive to succeed, and provide them with the tools, support and guidance needed to achieve success.
- Support the development and growth of your team through regular one-to-ones, coaching and constructive feedback.
- Lead from the front by converting and retaining clients through an exceptional client experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with operators.
- Attend client meetings, both with your own clients and alongside members of your team.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to develop new business, using internal resources such as our Bids and Client Experience teams where appropriate.
