Detailing event orders including preparing event orders, gathering guarantees, vendor and couple’s insurance, update and finalize rentals, create timelines, create and maintain diagrams, scheduling rehearsals, upselling to reach minimums and all final details of event orders. Partner with Sales to ensure seamless handoff and act as primary client contact once tournament/event contract has been signed. Partner with Operations to ensure seamless execution of events. Makes sound business decisions that contribute to the net contribution pool. Responsible for client event approval, ensuring all payments are collected in a timely manner and all contract details are adhered to. Contributes to event goal setting and forecasting with the sales team. Recruit, select, develop and lead Coordinator and/or operations staff as assigned Keeps current on event and industry trends, providing a variety of options and facilitating an optimal experience Partners with corporate trade hospitality contacts, organizations and vendors, ensuring exposure to our brand and good relationships with key industry contacts. Maintains complete knowledge of service requirements for assigned function and communicates expectations and to banquet staff. Supervisors banquet staff; ensures quality service is provided to guests. Greets guests upon arrival and assist in seating as required by group; ensures a pleasant visit for each guest; and maintains effective guest relations. Recognizes and resolves guest complaints and concerns. Supervises event set up and break down procedures; contributes to overall cleanliness and organization of facility and event location. Performs special projects delegated by management. Stays updated on latest developments pertinent to the department as well as the location. Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities
