Private Event Sales & Production Manager

The Brooklyn Brewery CorpNew York, NY
$85,000 - $95,000

About The Position

Brooklyn Brewery is opening a new flagship hospitality and cultural space in Williamsburg in Summer 2026. The Private Event Sales & Production Manager will lead and oversee the private events program across a multi-floor, multi-use venue that includes semi-private gatherings, full buyouts, rooftop events, corporate programming, weddings, and large-format receptions. This role is not a traditional event sales position. The Private Event Sales & Production Manager functions as a department head within an integrated hospitality operation, working closely with Kitchen Operations, Bar Operations, and Partnerships & Programming to deliver a cohesive guest experience and a profitable private events program. The private events program exists to support a live hospitality and event venue. Public service, brand programming, and private events operate simultaneously, and the department must be structured to manage sales, production planning, and execution without disrupting daily operations. The successful candidate is an operational revenue leader capable of managing a multi-million-dollar sales pipeline, overseeing full client lifecycle execution, and building systems that ensure consistency, profitability, and cross-department alignment.
