Analysts will be involved in extensive valuation analysis and financial modeling of portfolio companies and funds across all private equity asset classes. Analysts will gain valuable experience by working on secondary LP portfolio transactions, GP-led continuation funds, co-investments and other unique deals.

Requirements

  • Proficient in accounting, financial analysis and financial modeling
  • Communicates complex information effectively and clearly, in both written and verbal formats
  • BA or BS degree
  • One to three years in investment banking, private capital advisory, private equity secondaries, or direct private equity
  • Requires on-site presence five days per week in the New York office
  • Resume must include GPA
  • Resume must be in PDF format

Responsibilities

  • Involved in extensive valuation analysis and financial modeling of portfolio companies and funds across all private equity asset classes
  • Working on secondary LP portfolio transactions, GP-led continuation funds, co-investments and other unique deals
  • Preparing Investment Committee memos
  • Structuring and executing investments
  • Conducting various research projects
