About The Position

Clifford Chance is seeking a Private Equity associate attorney for its PCT & A group. This role involves advising leading private equity houses, multi-asset managers, infrastructure, real estate, sovereign wealth, and pension funds. The work covers the entire investment lifecycle, including capital deployment, M&A, public to privates, debt and equity financings/refinancings, growth and structured investments, co-investments, syndications, restructurings, asset management, and exits (private sale, IPO, continuation vehicle, or secondaries). The associate will collaborate with global experts in antitrust, regulatory, financing, capital markets, incentives, investigations, and disputes, as well as with funds colleagues. The firm's experience with major global private equity houses allows for expert guidance on market terms across various investment structures and geographies.
