About The Position
Boston Nursing Care & Consulting is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Private Duty Nursing team. We specialize in providing one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring high-quality, personalized nursing services that promote safety, dignity, and independence.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license (unrestricted)
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (pediatrics, adult, or critical care a plus)
- Current CPR certification (BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred for certain cases)
- Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous home health or private duty experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with the plan of care
- Monitor and manage complex medical conditions, treatments, and medications
- Collaborate with families and the care team to support patient goals
- Document care accurately and timely
- Provide compassionate support and advocacy for patients and families
