About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care for a 12‑year‑old girl in Nutley, NJ. We have immediate openings for evening and weekend shifts, offering steady hours and strong clinical support from our pediatric leadership team. You’ll always have the guidance you need to feel confident and supported on the case.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Physical exam within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
- Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years
- Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care
- Valid driver’s license preferred
