About The Position

Our BAYADA Pediatric Office in Milford DE, is hiring Registered Nurses who have a passion for young pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. We are currently seeking overnight nurses to provide care for our newest client coming home to Dover, DE. This client is a 19 month old- trach and ventilator dependent client with a medically complex care plan supported by specialized training.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Delaware

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
