Private Duty RN ONLY - Middle River, MD
About The Position
We are actively looking to hire compassionate, energetic LPNs & RNs to help care for our home healthcare clients. We are willing to train in G-tube, trach, and ventilator areas if needed. Our nursing supervisors are eagerly awaiting to teach nurses. This position is for a RN only, caring for a 7-month-old with g-tube & TPN in Middle River, MD. The following shift(s) are available for this case: Tuesday: 6:30A-5:30P, Wednesday: 6:30A-5:30P, Thursday: 6:30A-5:30P, Friday: 6:30A-5:30P. Join our team of professionals and work for a Joint Commission Accredited agency providing an exceptional standard of home care for adults and pediatric patients for over thirty-seven years.
Requirements
- Active/unrestricted nursing license in the State of Maryland or Multistate compact license - Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Confidence to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Basic knowledge of G-tube/Trach care is preferred; however, willing to train qualified and interested candidates.
- Vent experience preferred (willing to train qualified candidates)
- Pediatric experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Working one-on-one in the client's home
- Complete nursing assessment
- Administer medication & and treatments as prescribed by the patient's Plan of Care
- Document nursing notes in a clear and concise manner
