We are actively looking to hire compassionate, energetic LPNs & RNs to help care for our home healthcare clients. We are willing to train in G-tube, trach, and ventilator areas if needed. Our nursing supervisors are eagerly awaiting to teach nurses. This specific role is for a Private Duty Nurse (RN or LPN) for a 21-year-old female, with g-tube, trach, & vent in Catonsville, MD. The available shifts for this case are Tuesday: 8A-6P and Friday: 8A-6P. The client attends college. Our agency is Joint Commission Accredited and provides an exceptional standard of home care for adults and pediatric patients for over thirty-seven years.

Requirements

Active/unrestricted nursing license in the State of Maryland or Multistate compact license - Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
Valid CPR/BLS certification
Confidence to work independently

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of G-tube/Trach care is preferred; however, willing to train qualified and interested candidates.
Vent experience preferred (willing to train qualified candidates)
Pediatric experience a plus

Responsibilities

Working one-on-one in the client's home
Complete nursing assessment
Administer medication & and treatments as prescribed by the patient's Plan of Care
Document nursing notes in a clear and concise manner
