We are actively looking to hire compassionate, energetic LPNs & RNs to help care for our home healthcare clients. We are willing to train in G-tube, trach, and ventilator areas if needed. Our nursing supervisors are eagerly awaiting to teach nurses. This Private Duty Nurse (RN or LPN) position is for an 18-year-old female, with a G/J-tube and bi-pap in Westminster, MD. The available shifts for this case are: Every other Saturday: 10P-6A, Sunday: 10P-6A, and Monday: 10P-6A. The agency is Joint Commission Accredited and provides an exceptional standard of home care for adults and pediatric patients for over thirty-seven years.

Requirements

• Active/unrestricted nursing license in the State of Maryland or Multistate compact license - Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Confidence to work independently

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of G-tube/Trach care is preferred; however, willing to train qualified and interested candidates
• Vent experience preferred (willing to train qualified candidates)
• Pediatric experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Working one-on-one in the client's home
• Complete nursing assessment
• Administer medication & and treatments as prescribed by the patient's Plan of Care
• Document nursing notes in a clear and concise manner

• Pay Range: $26-42 per hour
• Pay rates are determined by licensure, skills, experience, and varies per case
• Employees will receive time and a half pay for working beyond 40 hours in a week
