Requirements

• Active RN License in good standing
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred)
• Active CPR / BLS Certification
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work independently with confidence, professionalism, and minimal supervision
• Strong commitment to dependability and discretion
• Comfortable with basic computer skills and digital documentation tools

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments)
• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support team
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and training
