About The Position

Requirements
- Active RN or LPN Michigan state license.
- CPR/BLS Certification.
- Capability to safely lift and position a 100 lb individual.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with vents and G-tubes.
- Home care or private duty experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor ventilator settings to keep the client safe and comfortable.
- Administer daytime nutrition, hydration, and routine medications via G-tube.
- Safely position, turn, and assist with simple transfers of the client (~100 lbs).
- Assist with morning prep, hygiene, and positioning to ensure the client is comfortable and focused for college coursework.
