About The Position

Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a specialized branch of TheKey, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for Care Management in Fairfax County. This role offers an opportunity to escape the burnout of traditional hospital settings and work with discerning VIP clients requiring high-end, personalized, one-on-one care in their homes. As an independent contractor, you will have full control over your schedule, income, and case selection, focusing on delivering premier clinical care with true 1:1 patient interaction.

Requirements

• Active RN License in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR / BLS Certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Portuguese bilingual skills preferred, but not required.
• Autonomy: Ability to work independently with confidence, professionalism, and minimal supervision.
• Punctuality & Reliability: Strong commitment to dependability and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support office.
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and training.
