About The Position

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Care Management in Fairfax County. This role offers a flexible schedule and operates on a 1099 independent contractor basis. The position involves providing high-end, personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of clients' homes. The company, Concierge Nursing Referral Services (a specialized branch of TheKey), aims to connect experienced nurses with discerning VIP clients, offering an alternative to the burnout of hospital environments.

Requirements

• Active RN License in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR / BLS Certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work independently with confidence, professionalism, and minimal supervision.
• Strong commitment to punctuality, reliability, and discretion.
• Comfortable with basic computer skills and digital documentation tools.

Nice To Haves

• Portuguese bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing care, including ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments.
• Coordinate client needs, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and the support office.
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and training.
