About The Position

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide private duty nursing care for patients with Trach/Vent needs. This role involves caring for multiple patients across different locations and shifts in the Atlanta area. Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• One year of prior hands-on nursing experience required in GA.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (outside of GA).

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care for patients with Trach/Vent needs.
• Care for multiple patients across different locations and shifts.
• Work with patients in various settings, including school environments.
• Ensure outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate homecare.
• Utilize electronic documentation via a tablet provided in each patient's home.
