About The Position

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to provide private duty nursing care to multiple patients in the Atlanta area (30068, 30013). This role involves caring for patients with Trach/Vent needs, including a school-based case and another in a home setting. Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred (1 year required in GA).
• Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Aveanna can assist in obtaining CPR certification after hire, if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to patients with Trach/Vent needs.
• Accompany a student patient to school.
• Administer care in home settings.
• Utilize electronic documentation via tablet in patient homes.
• Work collaboratively with a team to achieve clinical outcomes.
