About The Position

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to provide private duty nursing care to various patients in Raleigh. Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencunbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with G-tube, Trach & Vent care (for Schedule 1 patient).
• Experience with G-tube & Trach care (for Schedule 2 patient).

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Work with patients requiring G-tube, Trach, and Vent care.
• Perform electronic documentation via tablet in patient homes.
