About The Position

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide private duty nursing care to adult patients in the Elizabeth City area. We have two cases available, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities. Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencunbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice. Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with G-tube and Trach care.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to adult patients.
• Administer care in accordance with physician's orders and plan of care.
• Document patient care activities electronically.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
