About The Position
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to join their growing team. This role focuses on private duty nursing for senior patients with G-tube and Trach needs. Requirements
- Must have and maintain an active, unencu mbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
- Must have reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide private duty nursing care to senior patients with G-tube and Trach needs.
- Work collaboratively to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
- Deliver homecare with heartfelt compassion and empathy.
- Perform electronic documentation via a tablet in the patient's home.
