Requirements
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
- Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days.
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
- TB skin test (current within the last 12 months).
- Must have reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide private duty nursing care to infants with G-tube needs.
- Work collaboratively to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
- Perform electronic documentation via a tablet in the patient's home.
