About The Position

This role involves providing compassionate homecare to a young adult patient with low acuity and a feeding tube, specifically on Sundays. Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to a young adult patient with a feeding tube.
• Deliver care with heartfelt compassion and empathy.
• Work towards achieving outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Perform electronic documentation via a tablet in the patient's home.
