About The Position

Aveanna Healthcare is a national leader in providing compassionate homecare to children and adults. We are seeking Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to join our team. Our homecare is delivered with heartfelt compassion and empathy, aiming for outstanding clinical outcomes. This specific role involves caring for a teen patient with a feeding tube, requiring low acuity care.

Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencunbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year required in GA).
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide homecare to children and adults.
• Achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Work with a teen patient requiring low acuity care and a feeding tube.
