Private Duty LPN/RN - Full Time Overnights for Young Adult
About The Position
Castor Home Health Solutions is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide 1:1 overnight care for a young adult in Princeton, Illinois. This is a meaningful opportunity to support one patient in the comfort of their home while building a trusted, long-term relationship with them and their family. The role offers a flexible start time at or after 8:00 PM and an end time at or before 6:00 AM, making it a great fit for a nurse looking for a consistent overnight schedule that still offers flexibility. Our nurses provide personalized care that truly makes a difference. We carefully match nurses with the right-fit family for long-term success, and we provide paid hands-on training, 24/7 clinical support, and a laptop in the home for easy charting.
Requirements
- Active Illinois RN or LPN license
- CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
- Compassionate, dependable nurses
- Nurses who enjoy relationship-based care

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home
- Support the overnight care needs of a young adult
- Monitor vitals, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered
- Support the patient and family through compassionate, dependable care
- Complete simple real-time charting during your shift
