About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate LPN for a day-shift position providing 1:1 care to pediatric clients. This role offers a consistent schedule that matches your family’s life while making a meaningful impact. Private duty nursing offers traditional shift types (8’s, 10’s, or 12's) with hands-on care for one client, allowing for building client relationships and watching their milestones. Clients range from infant to geriatric. BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates as an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• A minimum of five months of LPN experience

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluation
